- Supported a Federal Systems Integrator with proposal writing, editing and red team services for solicitation response. Solicitation was e-government and security services with a civilian agency. Proposal won, known contract value $17.5M.
- Supported Direct Proposal Resources and an 8(a) Systems Integrator with the writing of a technical assessment, proposal response and quality control plan for a civilian agency assessment highly visible and linked to Congressional mandates. This project was completed in just four days and was awarded to our vendor in two additional days. Proposal won, contract award worth approx $1M.
- Provided marketing concepts, marketing plan and proposal writing support focused on winning marketing and PR services for an Advanced Technical Educational Center for a commercial marketing firm. Proposal won, contract award worth <$1M.
- Developed agency-specific pipelines and target sheets of leads and opportunities for three federal-focused divisions of companies.
- Created white papers for a software vendor to tailor business intelligence capability to the Strategic Management of Human Capital and the Improving Financial Performance sections of the President's Management Agenda.
