The Wounded Warrior Guidebook: It's About Time.

Federal Concierge, Hope For The Warriors and Government, Horizons, Inc. are pleased to support this important guide designed to help Wounded Warriors be informed and advocate for themselves as they learn the ropes and transition into the next chapters of their lives with their families.

The book is designed to focus on the information Wounded Warriors and their families need to know about the Wounded Warriors Act which is on The Hill now. We are compiling information, resources, contacts for supporting organizations, agency roles, and information on support available to the Wounded Warriors.

This guidebook is designed to lead a Wounded Warrior and the family through new territory. Our goal is to be able to walk them through process of what happens from the time of the injury through all of the processes, medical treatment, changes in active duty requirements and legilation and give them a hand so they can navigate unfamiliar territory during a difficult time.

Much information exists for Wounded Warriors but the last thing a Warrior needs to do is research when they are healing or recovering - we are compiling the data into the guide and creating a companion web portal through Government*Horizons to help them get everything they need, from the military, from the Veterans Administration and from the hundreds of organizations, employers and people like us that are ready to help.

The Wounded Warriors' Guidebook will be Nationally released with publication in the summer of 2008.
