Federal Concierge offers informative, PROPRIETARY training courses. Federal Concierge courses are developed by subject matter experts seasoned in the field with hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of both the practical and political implications of the Exhibit 300 areas of risk and program management.

The introductory course will help individuals understand the government business case format, sections, evaluation process and the implications of various answers or areas of non-compliance. It is a generalized course to help program managers use the business case to communicate an investment's value and demonstrate mitigation of programmatic risk. The introductory course can be 1-2 days in length. This course is presently offered through Government*Horizons, Inc. and is approved for 3 course credits towards the Federal Capital Planning and Investment Control Professional Certification through FCPF ( www.cpicforum.org ).

The second course takes 3-4 days and trains individuals and agencies to perform, write, alter and improve the business cases and ultimately their scores. The techniques used here may offer roadmaps and customized time lines to compliance. This course trains analysts how to read, evaluate and score business cases as subject matter experts. This training is given on a case-by-case basis at the contractor-specified or government-specified site.
