CPICjobs.com offers professional recruiting services to help your firm identify candidates. We offer several options:

Package 1: Resumes Only.
This program is useful for small businesses or proposal efforts. We require a job description and salary range, with some specific candidate qualifications to perform the resume search and screening. We will provide the resumes from the database to you, screened to meet your basic requirements. If we do not find a match effectively through the cpicjobs.com site, we will use our other proprietary databases and sources to source the candidates for resume referral. 3 resumes: $950, 5 resumes: $1500, 7 resumes: $2000. The fee is due up-front and is non-refundable. Signed contract required.

Package 2: Candidate Search.
Many businesses prefer to conduct their own candidate searches, but want the resumes only. In this case, we recommend package 1. However, if you need a Capital Planning Subject Matter Expert to pre-screen candidates, talk to them about the content of their resumes, and do a “deeper dive” to identify a superior set of qualified candidates interested in talking to your firm, we provide a higher level of service in package 2 to meet your needs.

This package is useful for specific candidates sought for niche subject matter expertise, to weed through the candidates with “knowledge of the lingo” from candidates who can clearly demonstrate “working knowledge”. We require a job description and salary range, with some specific candidate qualifications to perform the resume search and screening. We have a specific list of known credentials, past performance questions, screening methodologies and referral verifications to provide a much deeper level of insight for employers who need a far more targeted effort to find the right candidates. We will provide the resumes and candidate referrals, pre-screened and verified as the deliverables. If we do not find a match effectively through the cpicjobs.com site, we will use our other proprietary databases and sources to source the candidates for resume referral. This includes use of the proprietary Federal Concierge CPIC Professionals Database, which currently contains over 1,790 qualified and verified CPIC, Portfolio Management, Earned Value and related professionals. Each Package 2 Candidate Search referral is a firm fixed price of $7500 plus 10% of first year hiring salary of the selected candidate, which includes the following: resume search, resume screening, resume selection, and initial interviews with the CPIC recruiter and a CPIC SME3 Expert for pre-screening and recommendation. Up to three qualified candidates are provided with interview notes and cpicjobs.com expert recommendations which identify candidate strengths in areas defined by the company to be highly desirable. The fee is paid up front, the hiring salary percentage is due at 30 days of the date of hire. This is a non-refundable, non-reimbursable service. Signed contract required.

Package 3: Multiple Site Ads, 30 days.
Many businesses want to perform their own recruiting, but want to post and advertise job opportunities throughout the CPIC community. This package offers you ad placement of the job description & posting section of CPICForum.org, placement on CPICJobs.com and links to your job posting on Federal Concierge.com and CPICConference.com. The ad and links are valid for 30 days. $500. This is a non-refundable, non-reimbursable service.

Package 4: Multiple Site Ads, 60 days.
Many businesses want to perform their own recruiting, but want to post and advertise job opportunities throughout the CPIC community. This package offers you ad placement of the job description & posting section of CPICForum.org, the CPIC Forum’s internal (members-only) Sharepoint site, placement on CPICJobs.com and links to your job posting on Federal Concierge.com and CPICConference.com. The ad and links are valid for 60 days. $750. This is a non-refundable, non-reimbursable service.

Package 5: Email Advertising
The Federal CPIC Forum Professionals database reaches nearly 2,000 qualified and active CPIC professionals via the Federal Concierge e-newsletter and announcement service, which is NO SPAM! Through our ASP ConstantContact. The Federal CPIC Forum Director’s Distribution reaches all Federal CPIC Forum members. This package allows you to advertise and announce your position through outreach of these conduits for a firm-fixed price of $650 for a one-time send to both the e-Newsletter and the Director’s Distribution. We will include your logo on the e-Newsletter distribution and provide a click-through report from the e-newsletter distribution. This is a non-refundable, non-reimbursable service.
